My job involves navigating a hundred emotional conversations to gather documentation, which is particularly taxing during the two busiest months of the year. However, there's been a noticeable shift in seasons. Nowadays, my clients are more organized, informed, and proactive, scheduling meetings with me during the off-season for adjustments.
